2 Salmon fillets
Asparagus tips
1 Lemon

500g Home Chips Lighter
How to cook
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer at 200°C
Step 2
Once warm place your Home Chips Lighter in the air fryer for 12 minutes
Step 3
Whilst cooking, wrap the salmon in tin foil and salt water. Place in the air fryer for the remaining 8 minutes of the cook time
Step 4
Add in asparagus with 5 minutes remaining on the cook time. Whilst doing so shake the chips in the basket. Add in a lemon wedge with 2 minutes remaining
Step 5
Serve on a plate with a wedge of butter to flavour the asparagus
