How to Cook

Here’s how to cook 500g of McCain Roasts. If cooking a different amount, adjust the cooking time accordingly. To get the best results cook from frozen, our instructions are guidelines only. For the most delicious results, do not overcook!
NOT SUITABLE FOR AIR FRYERS.

OVEN
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
2. Preheat a DEEP tray with NO HOLES for 5 minutes.
3. Spread roasts in a single layer & place in centre of the oven.
4. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes, turning occasionally for a crispy golden finish.
