Ingredients

Potatoes, Concentrated Butter (MILK) (4%), MILK Powder (1%), Salt, Emulsifier (E471), Spice Extracts (Mace, Pepper, Turmeric), Stabiliser (E450), Acidifying Agent (Citric Acid).

Last year’s growing season experienced exceptionally wet weather which has affected all agricultural crops, including potatoes. The challenging harvesting conditions have resulted in the presence of more natural potato defects. Defects are naturally occurring and are not harmful. We are continuing to work together with our growers across the country to maintain the highest standards of quality possible.

How to Cook

The following cooking instructions are for 130g of McCain Mash Potato. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!

MICROWAVE

Weigh out 130g of McCain Mashed Potatoes into a 2 litre microwaveable bowl, cover and place in the microwave oven. Cook on full power. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure your mashed potato is piping hot throughout before eating.

Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.

PLEASE TAKE CARE: AFTER COOKING THE BOWL AND MASH POTATO WILL BE VERY HOT!
