Ingredients

Potatoes (80%), Batter (Modified Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Pea Dextrin, Rice Starch, Stabliser (Xanthan Gum)), Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower)- in varying proportions, Salt, Seasoning (1.6%) (Acidity Regulator (Sodium Diacetate), Salt, Acid (Citric Acid), Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract).

How to Cook

Here’s how to cook a full bag of McCain Vibes. If cooking a different amount, adjust the cooking time accordingly. To get the best results cook from frozen, our instructions are guidelines only. For the most delicious results, do not overcook!

AIR FRYER
1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
2. Carefully open the bag of Vibes, tear open the sachet and add the seasoning from the sachet to the uncooked product, close bag
3. Shake the product in bag, ensuring the Vibes are evenly covered.
4. Place the Vibes in the basket. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.

Cook times below based on the power output of the air fryer.

OVEN
Preheat the oven to 200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7
1. Remove sachet from the bag.
2. Carefully open the bag of Vibes, tear open the sachet and add the seasoning from the sachet to the uncooked product, close bag.
3. Shake product in bag, ensuring the Vibes are evenly covered.
4. Place the Vibes onto a baking tray in a single layer and pop into the top of the oven.
5. Bake for 20 minutes Fan/22 minutes Gas, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely crispy and light golden.
