Ingredients

2 Cod fish fillets (Skinless)

50g Plain Flour

50g Breadcrumbs

2 Eggs

Salt and pepper

300g Home Chips Chunky

Tartare sauce

30g Mayo

20g Gherkin (Diced)

20g Capers (Roughly chopped)

Lemon juice (Squeeze)

Salt and Pepper

How to cook

STEP 1: Make 3 bowls: 1st bowl with flour and a large pinch of salt and pepper, 2nd bowl with whisked eggs, 3rd bowl with breadcrumbs

STEP 2: Dip your fillets in flour then egg then breadcrumbs ensuring they are fully coated. Place aside.

STEP 3: Preheat your air fryer to 200c

STEP 4: Place your Home Chips Chunky into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes

STEP 5: Add in your coated fish with 10 minutes remaining

STEP 6: Serve with homemade tartare sauce
