Convenient and easy to store, you can enjoy your fries from frozen whenever you fancy. Simply pop them in the oven or air fryer as per the instructions and enjoy your Crispy French Fries.

Potatoes (88%), Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower) – in varying proportions, Batter (WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Modified Starch (Maize, Tapioca), Rice Flour, Salt, Corn Starch, Turmeric Extract, Colour (Paprika Extract))

Recently, to meet high demand, we were using an alternative site where a different recipe without wheat was used. Our usual recipe includes wheat.

How to Cook
Here’s how to cook 350g of McCain Crispy French Fries. If cooking a different amount, adjust the cooking time accordingly. To get the best results cook from frozen, our instructions are guidelines only. For the most delicious results, do not overcook!
OVEN
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C Fan/Gas Mark 8.
2. Spread a single layer of fries onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven.
3. Bake for 14 – 16 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
AIR FRYER
1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
2. Place the Fries into the basket, shaking half way through cooking. Cook until they’re lovely crisp and light golden.
Cook times below based on the power output of the air fryer.
Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
