McCain is a family company, which means we care about how we work, not just about how hard we work. We foster a creative atmosphere, so that all our team members can achieve their personal career goals while continuing to deliver the quality products our customers expect from us.
McCain Foods: where graduates come for food innovation, market leading products and outstanding careers.
A family owned business, McCain Foods (GB) has recorded five decades of year on year growth to become one of the most successful privately owned food companies in the world. Our graduates play a big role in our success; we believe that talented people are the lifeblood of our business and key to our success. This is why we've worked hard to foster a friendly, informal, down to earth culture in which everyone can achieve their personal best while part of a supportive team.
You'll be given as much responsibility as you can handle, with challenges coming thick and fast. Our graduate trainees reinforce their on the job learnings through attending our Management Development training course. This is a great way to build relationships with other graduates from around the business and develop many skills including leadership, effective communication, managing relationships, influencing and persuading and managing performance to name a few. In addition to this you will be assigned a mentor - a senior player in the business - to give you advice as and when you need it.
You'll also find our environment provides genuine opportunities for professional development and the scope to move across disciplines. Not that its all work, work, work. We're a sociable lot who know how to have fun, we are a big supporter of local charities and we continuously look for ways to reduce our impact on the environment… all of which make McCain Foods (GB) such a great place to work.
So… do you want to be part of a company that enjoys a portfolio of market leading products? Where people are valued and encouraged to be innovative? Where training and mentoring are given top priority? Where work is a lot of fun?
If we've whetted your appetite you can request an application form or send your CV to jobs@mccain.co.uk.
