Facts about our food

What is the GDA?

GDA stands for Guideline Daily Amounts. These are the recommended amounts of fat, saturated fat, sugars and salt needed each day for a healthy diet. All our products are labelled with the proportion of a typical serving contributing to the GDA. Making it easier for you to see how this product contributes to a healthy, balanced diet.

Many of our products contribute a lower amount of fat, saturated fat, sugars and salt to the GDA you might expect. For example, a 135g serving (that's an average size serving) of our Oven Chips provides just 9.5% of the GDA for fat and only 4.1% of the GDA for saturated fats.

You'll find traffic lights and GDA information on the front of all our packs.
